Microsoft explains the Argus anti-theft system

Microsoft Research, which works together with Alibaba Group and Carnegie Mellon University, has presented an article on a completely transparent incentive system for anti-theft campaigns . The system is known as Argus and is based on the Ethereum blockchain technology. The full document is available via the link above.
