Deciding on a content strategy on changing platforms aimed at an audience that changes with them is not easy. The premise is this: there are essentially two popular platforms in which to insert videos, YouTube and Facebook (I know, they can be inserted anywhere, but let's face reality). The first, YouTube , has a vocation (but is transforming) as a search engine and is appreciated more by a young audience. On this platform the audience is patient. He goes there to watch videos, so he's in no hurry to go and see if the girl he likes so much is in the photos at his cousin's barbecue.
Facebook , on the contrary, is a town square where you move India Mobile Number Data from one content to another as if you were at a sausage fair. In this case, the video is seen only under certain conditions and those that are quick, simple and "entertainment" are more rewarded by views , even in the worst sense of the term. If I were a filmmaker I would have no doubts about where to post, Vimeo . Even if I made video tutorials or reviews of products, software and video games I would have no doubts, the right place is YouTube! The doubt arises when my intention is to transform videos, contents and concepts that I cover in 300/400 words on the blog into pills. Due to attitude, but also due to a question of time, I wouldn't want to launch into videos that go beyond a minute.
I also believe that a one-minute video is more appreciated by those who have a mindset , more predisposed to entertainment than to personal training. The challenge is to get my content, which is deliberately informative, to an audience that has little time and likes to find out quickly. This is a challenge I've been thinking about for months. In comparison, blogging was a breeze. The videos require technical, content and executive ( actorial ) preparation which cannot be left to chance. My reference points are high and, incredibly, none of these have a similar technique and strategy to that of the others. Even if I wanted to, therefore, it is impossible for me to "copy" them. Marco Montemagno is different from Andrea Galeazzi , despite both being undisputed leaders in their field.
