The Communications Regulatory Authority beats the giant Facebook. Its regulation on the compensation that the large platforms when they use their content is back in force. Facebook - now renamed Meta - had won the appeal to the TAR , but on appeal the Council of State ruled in favor of Agcom. According to the Council of State "the prejudices presented by Meta Platforms are not concrete and current (there is fear of a future risk of sanctions)" and they are "not even serious and irreparable".
